This policy applies to paid Rooted Dev Studio software subscriptions purchased through the current Rooted Store checkout. It does not establish cancellation or refund terms for custom-development projects, which are controlled by their separate written agreements.
Initial purchases
You may submit an initial-purchase refund request within 30 days of the original charge. A request is reviewed against the purchase record and this policy; submitting the form does not automatically approve or issue a refund.
Accidental renewals
You may submit an accidental-renewal refund request within 7 days of the renewal charge. Customers should cancel through the Stripe customer portal before the next renewal when they no longer want the subscription.
How to request review
Use the Refund Request page and provide the full name, purchase email, license key, and reason requested by the form. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or other secret credentials. We review requests against the posted policy and contact the customer using the purchase email address.
Outcome of an approved refund
An approved full refund is returned to the original payment method through Stripe. The associated subscription and license access are canceled or revoked, including access to Pro functionality, protected downloads, updates, and product support. The customer’s bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears.
Review limits
Requests outside the stated windows, duplicate requests, fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or requests that cannot be matched to a valid purchase may be denied. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
Stripe
Checkout, billing, and refunds are processed through Stripe-hosted services. Depending on the checkout and payment method, Stripe may act as payment processor or merchant of record and may apply its own customer-support process.
Questions
Questions about a request may be sent through the support page or to support@rooteddevstudio.com.
