Getting Started with Rooted Forms

Install the Free plugin

  1. Open Plugins → Add New in WordPress.
  2. Upload or install Rooted Forms Free.
  3. Activate the plugin.
  4. Open Rooted Forms → Getting Started.

Create your first form

Open the Rooted Forms form builder, choose the fields you need, save the form, and place its shortcode on a WordPress page. Submit one test lead before publishing.

Verify delivery

Confirm the lead appears in the Lead Inbox and that the notification reaches the configured administrator email. Pro customers can configure authenticated SMTP and inspect delivery logs.
